Eligibility
Anyone who has an Arizona legal issue within our expertise for services from Defenders of Children. Although we lack the capacity to provide assistance to everyone who applies, our services are available to everyone, without regard to income, age, gender, familial status, or immigration status.

Defenders of Children is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. To apply for our services, please call our Intake Department at (602) 710-1903. Those who face barriers to using the telephone may instead contact us by email at intake@defendersofchildren.org.
