Charity of the Month!

Defenders of Children’s largest-ever public promotional and fundraising campaign begins!

Throughout October, Defenders of Children, along with our friends at the Mesa-based nonprofit Control Alt Delete, will be featured as Bashas’ Charity of the Month.

That means customers at 110 AJ’s Fine Foods, Bashas’, and Food City locations across Arizona will see our logo and promotional materials and be invited to make a donation at checkout. Even more exciting, the grocery chains’ social media accounts and websites will be helping spread the word and directing people to our social media and website.

Superheros Day!

This event on Saturday August 15, 2026 was a fun-filled day with activities for the whole family! Best of all…. It was 100% FREE!
