Tribal Law

Defenders of Children’s attorneys have extensive experience in Indian Country and regularly represent Tribal members in federal, state, and Tribal court. We are the only legal services organization in Arizona whose attorneys are admitted to practice in Tribal courts in every region of the state. We are currently able to advise, represent, and advocate for clients within the courts of each of the following Tribal Nations:
